It is hard but it does not take long to weed out those with poor time keeping. If your late twice without a good excuse I sack you it is as simple as that. More like a 36 hour week. Apprentices under 18 are not covered by the minimum wage. The position does not pay much for the first year because that us a reflection of the cost to me to employ and train a person with no previous experience. That is the spirit solo. A club is only as good as its members.
Get the word out and bring more people in.
Print up some flyers at home and give them out.
Arrange ride outs on the forum ( in advance and not just the day before.
Talk to other 125 riders and tell them about the club.
