Hi mate ad welcome to the mad house.... LOL
About the pics,

When you are posting a message, as you scroll down to the bottom of the text box to press submit etc, just below that is another box which says upload attachment. in this box click on 'browse', and then search your computer for your pics..then all you do is select your pic, and click open, then when it returns to the forum page press the 'add the file' button, and hey presto...(ensure that you pics are no bigger than 800x600, best way to change them is to open in paint and use the stretch/skew option in the image drop down, then use the stretch section and change the % down from 100 and each time this will make the image smaller untill you reach the size required. There is other ways to change the size, but I use this option personally.)
